Personal Information may include your name, age, email address, home address, phone number, marital status, dependent information, medical information, and employment information.

Our Service does hold employee dependent information for minors. This information is used to verify the admissibility of a claim and is kept up to date by the administrator of the account.
Images submitted using ClaimSnap must only pertain to relevant claim documentation. Any offensive or inappropriate images submitted will result in the immediate blocking of ClaimSnap usage and the plan sponsor (employer) will be notified.
At National HealthClaim, our team is committed to positive and professional customer service. We will deliver knowledgeable answers and do our best to help with every call and email.
In addition, we value a safe workplace that is free from harassment and bullying. So, in the event that a customer does not use respectful language and behaviour, it is within our team’s right to terminate communication with that customer.
